I've looked at 5 suppliers of Lugol's Iodine on Ebay. This  is the only company below that tells you
what their product is made of.

Each drop contains: 5.3mg of Iodide and 2.7mg of Iodine

Each millimeter contains: 80mg of Iodide and 40mg of Iodine

* Calculation is approximate. (15 drops per ml) Physicians wanting an exact measure should plan on a deviation factor of + / - 2%.

Not the cheapest but at least they say what they are selling
